Protection of hosted information

AIROD SISTEMAS S.L. takes the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Although AIROD SISTEMAS S.L. makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers, however, is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. “El Respeto” is a registered trademark officially granted by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (File Number 4062539/7), and is therefore expressly prohibited:

The owner of “El Respeto”, Pablo Fuente, whose trademark rights are infringed may file a civil claim:

a) The cessation of the acts that violate their rights.

b) Compensation for damages suffered.

Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, are expressly prohibited reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its mode of making available, all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of AIROD SISTEMAS S.L. The user agrees to respect the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property owned by AIROD SISTEMAS S.L. and Pablo Fuente.
